17th Congress Prioritized Cha-Cha, Federalism and D3ath Penalty
The law bills, Charter Change by Constitutional Assembly, Federalism, and d3ath penalty is the first agenda that the incoming Davao del Norte Rep. Pantaleon Alvarez will prioritized, this time to sit down as House Speaker of 17th Congress.
Alvarez immediately set aside the fear of having a Martial Law.
Alvarez explained, the first three that has been mentioned, wants to be executed or carry out by the incoming President Rodrigo Duterte.
He added that the Federalism and d3ath penalty has the personal push to Duterte and desires to materialize through Congress.
In the report of philstar, Alvarez believed that the d3ath penalty can pass through Lower House.
He is hoping that by his possible speakership, the legislators will unite to promote the legislation of the anticipated changes.
In behalf of the Duterte administration, Alvarez was so grateful to all the Congress who seals the support for him.
