340, 000 Priuses parking brake issues recalled by Toyota to fix the issue globally, said by Toyota Motor Corp. on Wednesday (October 12, 2016).

Japan release the latest gasoline hybrid model of Toyota Prius in fixing the parking brake issues. Toyota Prius is a full hybrid electric mid-size hatchback and rated as the cleanest vehicles sold in United States (US) based on smog-fogging emission.

This vehicle was first sell in Japan on 1997 and introduced globally in year 2000 and sold in over 90 markets. Toyota released the first generation of Prius during 1997 to 2003, second generation was launched on 2003 to 2009, the third generation were released on 2009 to 2015, and the fourth generation or the latest edition was released in 2015 up to this present time.
