Applicants Must Prepare These Civil Service Exam Requirements in Applying for CSE-PPT
CIVIL SERVICE EXAM REQUIREMENTS – Here is a list of the requirements that applicants of the Civil Service Exam Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) must prepare in applying.
The Civil Service Commission sets only one Civil Service Exam Pen and Paper Test (CSE-PPT) for the Professional Level and one for the Sub-Professional Level every year.
Annually, there are thousands of takers and slots may limited so if you plan to apply and take the exam, you may start preparing your requirements as early as now.
There are only a few Civil Service Exam requirements that you should bring with you in applying for the CSE-PPT. Here is a list of the documents that you should prepare:
1. Duly-Accomplished Application for Civil Service Examination Form or CS Form No. 100. You may get it from any Civil Service Commission Regional Office (CSCRO) or Civil Service Commission Field Office (CSCFO). You may also download it.
2. Valid ID (Plus a photocopy of it)
3. Four (4) pcs Passport-size Photos (4.5 cm x 3.5 cm). The photo must have a white background and it must have been taken within the last three months prior to your application.
Applicants are reminded that they must not be wearing eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other accessories in the photo. Two of it will be attached to your application form.
Bring the Civil Service Exam requirements to the CSE regional office or field office where you intend to apply for the exam during the application period.
For this year’s CSE-PPT exams, the application period for the CSE-PPT Professional Level is already done while the Civil Service Commission will start accepting applicants for the Sub-Professional Level beginning May 6, 2019 until June 5, 2019.
The CSE-PPT Professional Level is on March 17 while the Sub-Professional Level is scheduled on August 4, 2019.
