Through the use of their app, members can pay their contributions through their PayMaya account or any Visa, Mastercard, or even JCB credit/debit/prepaid cards. Paymaya was one of 85 accredited SSS collecting and paying partners, with 35 of these accredited partners who were also compliant with its Real-Time Processing of Contributions.

The SSS will accept an employer’s contributions and salary loan payments through PayMaya on its future upgrades.

This is one of our options to eliminate long queues in automated teller services in branches and other accredited partner agencies,” Aurora Ignacio, the president and chief executive officer of SSS, said.

A service charge of PHP 10.00 add to your payment once you pay through PayMaya, and a service fee of 1.75% if you pay through credit/debit/prepaid card.

This is only the beginning of our continuous effort to provide quality and convenient services to our members,” Aurora Ignacio added. “Hopefully, we can soon use PayMaya for loan repayments and payments from employers not only in the SSS Mobile App but also even on the SSS website.
