The parents of the slain Maguad siblings revealed that the suspect has no regrets about the incident and even smiled at them.
After the penalty for the murder of their two daughters was commuted, the Maguad parents spoke with Newsline Philippines about their feelings about the incident. They claimed that the suspect showed no remorse.
The pair was outraged because she turned to them, laughed, and stared at them, according to them. They said they were prepared for the decision and willing to forgive, but they were not prepared for the accused’s behavior.
They claimed they would accept her apology even if she approached them and apologized. It will be remembered that after the two accused in the murder of their two children were sentenced, the Maguad parents could not hide their sadness.
