Agencies And Business Establishments Closed On September 12

Agencies and business establishment were closed on September 12, 2016 (Monday) in observance of Eid’l Adha of Muslims that means “Feast of Sacrifice”.

Due to Eid’l Adha of Islam most banks, schools, financial markets, and government agencies in the Philippines were closed on Monday. Eid’l Adha is called as the “Feast of Sacrifice” or “Sacrifice Feast” which is the second of two Muslim Holidays that were celebrated worldwide.

In this event, it is declared as a regular holiday where most establishments are closed. Also, the Bank of the Philippine Islands announced that all of its branches will be closed on Monday as a non-working Holiday.

Agencies

Banco De Oro (BDO) Unibank announced that on Monday their selected branches only will open with shortened banking hours for the banking convenience of their clients while the rest of its branches are closed.
