Anakbayan rallyists were spotted in a rally conducted in Bali, Indonesia and their photos holding placards with Indonesian words went viral.
Two of the known Anakbayan rallyists, allegedly were spotted in a rally not here in the Philippines but in Bali, Indonesia.
Conducting a rally is part of a democratic country and people have the right to express their grievances against the government.
This is what the groups who have been criticizing the present administration of President Rodrigo Duterte is doing since he assumed the presidency.
However, there is a controversy with rallies because those who are in the side of the government are accusing those in the opposition that they are just paying people to conduct rally for them.
One example of this are the photos of the two known Anakbayan rallyists who where seen in a rally in other country.
It was revealed in a report published in Pinoy Thinking that the two rallyists of Anakbayan, a known group to be actively criticizing the alleged corruption and malpractice of power in the government, were seen also rallying in Indonesia.
When the photos went viral, people are now thinking that they are just paid rallyists and that they are not actually fighting for what they believe is right.
The question that “what is the reason behind why Filipino citizens are rallying against the Indonesian government?” started to play around the minds of people who have seen the photos.
The two Anakbayan rallyists are identified as Vencer Crisostomo and Einstein Recedes and they were seen in a photo holding placards with Indonesian words and they were standing in front of Indonesian policemen.
It was said in the article that many have been questioning the authenticity of the rallies conducted by the group since two of their members were also seen rallying against Indonesian government.
Some concluded that perhaps they are being paid for it and they are asking “how much money is being given to them and who sent them there?”
