Sitting Senators Blamed By Atty. Rivera On Supreme Court’s Decision On Marcos Burial At The Heroes Cemetery
Atty. Bruce V. Rivera blames the erring senators on Supreme Court’s decision for Marcos burial at the Libingan ng mga Bayani.
Rivera said that people should not blame President Duterte for the burial of former President Ferdinand Marcos at the Libingan ng mga Bayani. He turned the blame to the legislative branch for doing nothing to prevent Marcos burial in the last 30 years.
The attorney responded to VP Leni Robredo’s opinion that the decision of SC may pass the bar legal technicalities but does not pass the morality of the spirit of EDSA. He said that the Supreme Court is not the ground for “morality” if Robredo has a conscience for SC is all about legal technicalities.
