“It was a balmy afternoon in Las Casas. I was there for a shoot, but little did I know that the next thing that would happen would change our lives forever,” she shared, reflecting on the fateful day.
Unbeknownst to her, her friend and talented photographer, Mark Nicdao, was secretly collaborating with Dominic to create the perfect surprise for his beloved. As the photoshoot commenced, Mark subtly encouraged Bea to turn around, explaining that he wanted to capture the backside of her dress. Curious but unsuspecting, Bea complied with the photographer’s request. To her sheer delight and astonishment, she was met with the heartwarming sight of Dominic down on one knee, holding a small box that held a symbol of their love and commitment.
Bea’s emotions overwhelmed her as she recounted the magical moment, “You see, I have done so many proposal scenes in my entire career, but nothing beats the real thing. I have been doing it all wrong! Hahaha, Dom said his speech, and it’s like time stood still. Everything went in slow motion. And I felt different emotions all at the same time—joy, excitement, love.”
