Charges Await For Employers Who Still Practice ‘Endo’

Charges are waiting for ‘endo’ employers.

Charges will be waiting for those businessmen or employers who still practice the contractualization of employees in their companies as Joel Maglunsod, Labor Undersecretary, expressed the right of the employees.

Previous reports have shown how firm is President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on ending the contractualization scheme of employment in the country. The President even exaggeratedly thrown a jest that he will end the life of the businessmen who will not adhere to the move.

All for the desire to give the Filipino workers stable jobs, the Department of Labor and Employment in previous report has also started the step in the move to abolish ‘endo’.
