COA or Commission on Audit has finally publicized the report on the salaries and allowances received by the government officials under the Aquino Administration for year 2015.
Auditing of government expenditures is an essential matter in any government. It is a link to the principle that pubic office is a public trust.
For the year 2015, under the administration of former President Benigno ‘Noynoy’ Aquino III, the Commission on Audit has once again released their report on the salaries and allowances of the people under the Aquino Administration for the year 2015.
According to the report, Central of the Philippines Governor Amando Tetangco Jr. is the highest paid government official with P13, 957, 395.37. Robert Vergara, president of the Government Service Insurance System, follows Tetangco with P13, 449, 294.77.

Fe Susan Prado, DBP Head of Financial Sector, P8, 451, 098.11
Janette Garin of the Department of Health ranked first in the highest paid cabinet members of the Aquino Administration with P2.520M. Francis Pangilinan follows Garin with P2.349M.
