Vlogger Jam Magno, whose real name is Jessica Ann Magno Concha, is once again in the spotlight after a mugshot surfaced online showing her in police custody. On May 22, 2025, she voluntarily surrendered to authorities following the issuance of an arrest warrant related to multiple violations of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012.

The arrest warrant, dated May 21, 2025, was issued by the 10th Judicial Region in Camiguin. Magno faces three counts of cybercrime violations, with bail set at ₱24,000 for each count, amounting to a total of ₱72,000.
Despite reports of her arrest, Magno clarified on her social media account that she was not apprehended by force. According to her Facebook post, she willingly turned herself in to the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG), denying claims that she was caught or arrested in the traditional sense.
Magno rose to fame during the 2022 Philippine national elections, when she gained notoriety for her outspoken support of then-President Rodrigo Duterte and for spreading disinformation, especially targeting then-vice presidential candidate Leni Robredo. Her controversial posts and combative tone drew both criticism and support online, making her a polarizing figure in the political discourse.
Interestingly, Magno’s recent legal troubles come at a time when many of her former supporters have turned against her. According to various social media discussions, her endorsement of House Speaker Martin Romualdez and the Tingog Party-list allegedly alienated her from the Duterte Diehard Supporters (DDS) community, which once staunchly supported her.
The charges she is currently facing remain undisclosed in detail, but they stem from alleged violations of the Cybercrime Prevention Act, specifically related to online content she previously posted.
The controversial content creator was apprehended on May 22, 2025, by a court-issued warrant linked to three criminal cases for online libel filed in Camiguin.
She posted bail and was released the same day, later posting a video from police custody.
The case is ongoing, and further developments are expected in the coming days as the courts begin formal proceedings.
Looks like she is enjoying her mugshot photoshoot. Is it mainly because of her somewhat Salamat Doc looks? 😁😁😁
