Cop Harassing Son of Pastora During Bible Study in Las Piñas City Arrested
Authorities arrested a cop for allegedly harassing a son of a “pastora” during their bible study in Las Piñas City.
After being accused of harassing minors, members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) apprehended a cop. According to the story, a police officer was arrested after a young guy approached him inside the Las Pias City precinct.
According to the PNP, the victim’s mother conducted a bible study at Police Substation 1. The victim was accompanied by his mother who was designated “pastora” of such station.
The victim apparently complained to his mother after the bible study. According to Abante’s article, the victim told his mother that one of the officers from the station had harassed him.
As a result, the mother promptly informed Las Pias Police Chief Col. Jaime Santos of the occurrence. According to Santos, the mother revealed the suspect cop molesting the minor.
When Santos examined the victim, however, he discovered that what had been done to him was even worse than the mother’s claim. “Ang sabi ng nanay, hinawak-hawakan. But when I personally interviewed her son, mas malalim dun yung ginawa. We don’t tolerate yung ginawa,” Santos revealed.
The chief immediately acted resulting to the arrested of the police officer. The police, on the other hand, refuse to give a statement.
