Ilocos Norte Hit by 4.4 Magnitude Earthquake
EARTHQUAKE – A quake with a magnitude of 4.4 recently hit Ilocos Norte according to the bulletin released by the Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology (PHIVOLCS).

Based on the information bulletin released by Phivolcs, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.4 hit a part of Ilocos Norte today, March 18,
The quake was located at 18.42°North, 121.05°East – 016 km South 73° East of Adams, Ilocos Norte. The 4.4 magnitude quake had a 018 km. depth of focus.
Based on the bulletin released by the agency, the 4.4 magnitude earthquake that hit Ilocos Norte today, March 18, 2019, was tectonic in origin.
According to Phivolcs, Intensity III was felt in Pasuquin, Ilocos Norte. Meanwhile, no aftershock or damage caused by the quake is expected. We’ll keep you posted for further updates.
