Exhibitionist Cop Showing Private Part to a Female Minor Arrested

Authorities arrested a police officer after a female student reported him to authorities, according to the article. The defendant is said to have recently shown his genitals to a child victim in a restaurant in Manila.
Staff Sergeant Danilo Soriaga of San Andres Bukid, Manila, is the suspect, who is attached to the Philippine National Police (PNP) -Region 2. The suspect has been taken into custody at Manila Police Station 6.
On Wednesday night, the victim Joy (not her real name) was eating with the culprit at a restaurant in San Andres Bukid during the police inquiry. Soriaga allegedly pulled out the genitals and displayed them to the victim, who was terrified and fled the scene.
However, the suspect allegedly pursued her until she was discovered by patrolling barangay tanods, who aided the police in apprehending Soriaga. According to authorities, Soriaga is already facing allegations of unlawful vexation and probable administrative penalties.
On September 15, 2021, a police officer was also arrested after showing a saleslady his genitals at a shopping mall in Legazpi City, Albay. After negotiating with the victim, the identity of the supposed “major” police officer was not revealed.
