- be in active service and not on leave of absence without pay;

Option A
You may apply for the loan personally. Visit the nearest GSIS office to you and obtain a copy of the application form. You may also download it online.

If you have your eCard, you may apply through the G-W@PS Kiosk at any GSIS branch.
- Insert your eCard on the machine
- Choose Loan Windows icon and select the kind of loan you want to apply for
- Update your mobile number
- Read the Application Agreement and touch the “Agree” icon if you agree with the terms and want to proceed with your loan application
- Verify your application using the biometrics
- Wait for the text message regarding the status of your loan application
