25 years old ice candy vendor inspires his fellow students in the University of Northern Philippines in Vigan and tagged him as “Ice Candy Man.”
In the University of Northern Philippines in Vigan, the 25 years old Joel Quitoriano, a 2nd year college student taking up a course of Public Administration inspires his fellow student by selling ice candy during his free time.
Joel grew up in Cauayan, Isabela, his parents are both farmers and their daily income is not enough to sustain their daily cost of living, so Joel went to Ilocos Sur together with a certain pastor.
Currently, he lives in an orphanage in Cabugao, according to Joel he wants to bring his family out of poverty. So he decided to sell ice candy to fund his study and he will never be ashamed of being a vendor.
