GMA News reporter criticizes disrespectful behavior of Doris Bigornia.
A media personality from Mindanao named John Paul Sarsuelo Seniel criticized ABS-CBN News anchor Doris Bigornia’s disrespectful behavior.
On Tuesday, Seniel, who is working in GMA Network, narrated how the veteran journalist acted while they were doing a live report for GMA 24 Oras Southern Mindanao Newscast.
In his Facebook post, Seniel asked Bigornia to act with decency when she is with other journalists and field reporters.
“Miss Doris Bigornia, please act with decency when you are with your fellow members of the media,” she said
According to Seniel, Bigornia acted like she did not see anyone interviewing the certain Mr. Bong Go. He added that their DMNG engineer told her to excuse herself as she is appearing in the live report.
He also said that Bigornia scolded the engineer and threatened to punch him.
“Mr. Bong Go and I were on cam, but you immediately scolded him and even told him “sapakin kita,”” he continued.
Seniel said that Bigornia is a veteran journalist and she came first in the media. However, he thinks that her acts are alarming.
He added that he opened up about this since they feel disrespected by her acts. While they are working in different networks, Seniel asked her to respect each other.
Furthermore, Seniel said that he has heard a lot of stories about Bigornia before the incident happened.
Despite it, he thanked Birgornia for testing their character in reporting in the midst of a live report.
