Newly Graduates Free Bill Approved By Kamara
The Kamara approved the third and final reading of bill that will exempt a newly grad from fees while applying for a job.
The House Bill 6416 authored by 154 congressman including the late OFW Family Club party list Rep. Roy Señerez.
The congressman was hoping for the 16th Congressmen to chase the eventually enacted as a help of the estate to the newly graduate and those who seek opportunity for a job.
Including to the harbor-waived fees and charges of the government’s reception room are the related application for a license, proof of identity, clearances, certificates and other documents required in the job search.
However, this condition is only for newly graduate and needs to present their diploma or certification stating the date of graduation and what course did it finished.
In the report of Philstar, the waiver fees and charges of government offices are only effective within one year after the graduation of the applicant.
While obtaining the licensure exam given by professional Regulation Commission or PRC for taking a passport is not included in the harbor-waive fees.
There will be a punishment to whoever will make a fake diploma or certification of graduation according to Revised Penal Code.
