It can be recalled that the former leader of Mocha Girls unintentionally said a mistake in one of her video blogs.

Uson said that the Mayon volcano is in Naga when in reality it is in Albay. Due to this, she received both criticisms and understanding from other people.

There was even a netizen who jokingly said that the PCOO Asec. should return Mayon to Albay after she returned the recognition given to her by the University of Santo Tomas Alumni Association (USTAA), based on a previous report.

However, Uson has already admitted that she was wrong and apologized to the public for her unintentional mistake.

In line with the said issue, Lea Salonga expressed her thoughts about it.

On her reply to a netizen who talked about the magnitude given to Uson’s mistake but less attention is given to important issues in society, Lea had a positive comment.

Twitter user @Bluebird_Rage iterated the said point and the Broadway diva commended the appointed government official for admitting her mistake.

Salonga also pointed out the grave danger the Dengvaxia could bring to children who were injected with it especially that she is a mother.

Prior to that statement of the theater actress, she posted a sort of cryptic tweet about geography.

Later on, she apologized for her prior statement.

Following that, she tweeted a more general point of view regarding the act of admitting a mistake regardless of intensity.

Lea Salonga even cited the famous line in the super hero movie ‘Spider-man’ about having great power and the responsibility it requires.
