Alternate Routes and Traffic Advisory

The MPD also outlined several re-routing schemes to ease congestion.

  • Vehicles from McArthur, Jones, and Quezon Bridge heading toward Roxas Boulevard southbound must take P. Burgos Avenue to Taft Avenue.
  • Motorists from Ma. Orosa or A. Mabini Street should turn right onto United Nations Avenue, then proceed to Taft.
  • Vehicles on United Nations Avenue going to Roxas Boulevard must turn left onto M.H. del Pilar Street.
  • Drivers from Bonifacio Drive may turn around at Anda Circle or take A. Soriano Avenue.
  • All vehicles from Intramuros should take Magallanes Drive, then turn right to P. Burgos Avenue.

Heavy trucks from Pasay should turn right onto President Quirino Avenue, while light vehicles can use the Roxas Boulevard service road. Trucks from Mel Lopez Boulevard (R-10) must follow Capulong Street → Yuseco Street → Lacson Avenue, the designated old truck route.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) said over 15,000 officers will be deployed to maintain peace and order throughout the INC rally. Authorities urged the public to plan their routes accordingly and expect heavy traffic in the area surrounding Rizal Park for the duration of the event.
