Marilou Escudero ‘Nilantad ang Tunay na Ugali ni Sorsogon Governor Edwin Hamor’

The decision of Gov. Edwin Hamor of Sorsogon to cancel the show of the band Kamikazee and to send them back home became a significant topic of discussion and controversy. This happened after the band declined to take a photo with the ” Blue Roses” of Sorsogon. According to the governor, he perceived an “attitude” from the band, which led him to send them back to the airport and have them stay there instead of their expected accommodation. The governor also reminded them that they had already been paid for their services.

However, a netizen named Marilou Escudero expressed her thoughts about Governor Hamor’s true behavior. According to Marilou, she had witnessed several instances of the governor’s inappropriate behavior. She claimed that there were incidents where Governor Hamor would invite people on stage and inquire about personal matters such as the color of a teacher’s underwear, how many times a couple had relations in one night, and who among them was not circumcised. These acts were allegedly done in exchange for money, approximately 20,000.00 pesos.

Marilou questioned whether such behavior would contribute to the dignity of the people of Sorsogon, especially when it occurred in front of a large audience during the governor’s programs. She also raised concerns about the implications of these public scenes on the morality and integrity of the provincial leadership.

In her concluding statement, Marilou expressed the hope that Governor Hamor would also consider improving his behavior alongside the development of Sorsogon. She stated her belief that this would help elevate the dignity and respect for women and the entire community of Sorsogon.
