PNP Chief Bato gave his statement to the public in relation to the investigation of involved narco-politicians.
PNP Chief “Bato” declared that the president will not give any due process to the officials who were caught in the illegal activities.
According to a report, Bato said to his statement, “Nasa kanila na iyan, discretion nila iyan kung mag-surrender sila o hindi, i-clear nila ang pangalan nila, bahala na sila.”
August 8, 2016, Monday, the Philippine National Police Director General Ronald M. De la Rosa declared to the public that the authorities are now taking the investigations to the involvement of narco-politicians who were named by the President.
In a recent report, President Duterte announced to the public the 159 current and former local, military and police officials, lawmakers and judges whom he alleged involved in the illegal drugs activities in the country.
