Allies of Vice President Jejomar Binay in the province of Antique changed their bet in the upcoming 2016 election.
2016 Election is fast approaching and all minds are set into determining who they think really fits the position and deserves their votes. People of Antique switched their choice.
Recently, just 14 days before the day of final decisions, United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) in the province of Antique expressed their support to Gobyernong May Puso presidential candidate Grace Poe.
The support of the people of Antique was fornmally expressed on the 23rd of April 2016 in Bugasong town where the UNA was proclaimed by Bryan Llamanzares, Grace Poe’s son.
Gobyernong May Puso presidential candidate also won the support of the opposition bloc in the province.
Raymundo Roquero, former Philippine Charity and Sweepstakes Office said that they have felt the sentiments of the people of Antique. They accept the program laid down by Senator Grace Poe which advocates transparency, good governance, and accountability.
Roquero is the alliance’s candidate for representative of the province’s lone congressional district.
The candidate for representative of the province affirmed that their backing of Vice President Jejomar “Jojo” Binay’s pursuit to become the next president is getting low.
In the point of fact, Antique is the bailiwicks of former Interior Secretary Mar Roxas who brings along with him the flag of the Liberal Party.
Antique is one of the provinces in Western Visayas. 318, 149 voters are said to be registered in the province. Its capital, San Jose, is located in the western portion of Panay Island and borders nearest to it.
