Here’s the result of latest Pulse Asia Survey; Duterte is still the top choice.
Despite the allegations and issues, the tough-talking Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte is the top choice of most Filipinos. The latest Pulse Asia Survey commissioned by ABS-CBN showed Duterte as the leading presidential candidate.

The poll was conducted on April 26-29 and was participated by 4,000 respondents. The pre-election survey has an error margin of 1.5%.
Duterte remains the front-runner with 33 percent, while administration bet Mar Roxas is now statistically tied with Senator Grace Poe with 22 and 21 percent, respectively. Vice President Jejomar Binay came third with 17 percent, followed by Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago with 2 percent.
The survey covered both urban and rural areas. The respondents, who are above 18 years of age and registered voters with biometrics, were asked to pick their president if the election was held during the survey.
About 4 percent of the respondents has refused to pick, undecided and voted none among the candidates.
In the vice presidential poll by Pulse Asia, Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo and Senator Bongbong Marcos shared lead
Robredo is now the leading vice presidential candidate with 30 percent, while Bongbong Marcos followed at second place with 28 percent.
Senator Chiz Escudero placed third with 18 percent, next to him is Senator Alan Cayetano with 15 percent. Senator Gringo Honasan and Senator Antonio Trillanes IV are at the bottom spot with 3 and 2 percent, respectively.
The presidential and vice presidential elections will be held this coming May 9. The Commission on Elections (Comelec) advised the voters to come early to avoid crowding.
