Former PBB Winner Nene Tamayo Endorses Rodrigo Duterte for President (Video)

Nene Tamayo-Plamio, the first-ever winner of Pinoy Big Brother took to social networking site, Facebook where she declared support to presidential candidate Rodrigo Duterte.

Tagged as “Kumander Nene” during her stint in the reality show, endorsed the Davao City mayor who’s running for the position of president in the 2016 National elections via a sideline interview with Mayor Rodrigo R. Duterte-National Executive Coordinating Council (MRRD-NECC).

Asked what she’s looking for as the next president of the Republic of the Philippines, the 34-year-old former PBB housemate stated that a person with “tapang” and “malasakit” (Duterte’s campaign slogan).

However, she admitted that she earlier doubted upon voting the top emerging presidential bet following controversies involving the incumbent mayor of Davao.

Nene Tamayo who is married to dancer Anthony Plamio also divulge a statement to defend negative comments afflicting the PDP-Laban standard-bearer.

In her conclusion, the Romblon based celebrity urged fellow Filipinos to support Rodrigo Duterte all the way to the election this coming May 9, 2016.

Her announcement video has generated thousands of views on Facebook.

Meanwhile, Duterte has topped the recently released presidential survey conducted by Business World-Social Weather Station last March 30 to April 2, 2016 with 27%, followed by Grace Poe with 23%.

Vice president Jejomar Binay clinched on the third place with 20% while Mar Roxas whose running under the Liberal Party landed on the fourth spot with 18%.

Miriam Defensor Santiago on the other hand landed on the last spot with only 3%.

The same survey also revealed Senator Bongbong Marcos as most liked to win as vice president in the upcoming elections.

The most talked about vice presidential candidate dominated with 26% in the latest poll.

Senator Francis “Chiz” Escudero gained the second spot with 21% followed by Camarines Sur Representative Leni Robredo with 19%.

Senator Alan Peter Cayetano landed on the fourth place with 13% while Senator Antonio Trillanes IV and Senator Gringo Honason tied with 5%.
