Pre-shaded ballots?
Some ballots in the polling precincts at Maguindanaon Elementary School in Barangay Katuli, Sultan Kudarat are already pre-shaded even before the official casting of votes start.
Based upon the report of ABS-CBN News, Atty. Lana Ali, the lead counsel of the Liberal Party in the province, they receive reports of the pre-shaded ballots at 2 o’clock this morning, May 9, 2016.
According to Atty. Ali, they roam around and check the polling centers and confirmed the report. She said that this was done by the Board of Election Inspectors (BEI) and supporters of the United Nationalist Alliance (UNA) candidates in the said town.
The opposition party whose standard-bearer is Vice President Jejomar Binay has yet to issue a statement in the alleged anomaly.
Meanwhile, in a latest report of ABS-CBN, at least 4 PCOS machines glitched in President Aquino Elementary School in Quezon City.
The Philippine General Elections has been monitored by different media groups as well as the Roman Catholic Church-affiliated group, Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has established thousands of volunteers to monitor the local and national elections.
A total of 54,363,844 Filipinos in the country will vote in the election. The casting of votes starts at 6 am and will end at exactly 5 pm.
