Mar Roxas claimed that he was the only presidential candidate to provide jobs.
Liberal Party presidential bet Mar Roxas said that he was the only one who provided jobs in the country. He said that it is his edge among the candidates. He also challenged his rivals to do the same.

In an interview with Philstar, the former DILG secretary said that he has provided jobs in the offices, factories, and business process outsourcing (BPO). This, according to him, has helped a lot of Filipinos.
“I’m the only one who’s actually delivered jobs. In factories, offices, service sector, BPO, call center.. I challenge.. Name one country that they company they talk to to come here in the country,” he said.
Mar Roxas also said that creating jobs for the people is one the things that Daang Matuwid has done. He stressed that the jobs has created a foundation to make the country competitive again.
“Philippines is now competitive again. This is what the first five years of Daang Matuwid has been able to do to set a foundation, so that we are being give a second look,” he added.
Roxas also challenged the other candidates Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago, Senator Grace Poe, Vice President Jejomar Binay and Davao City Mayor Rodrigo Duterte. He dared them to bring confidence in the business to create more jobs in the country.
Meanwhile, Roxas was recently criticized after a viral video shows an organizer giving envelopes to people attending a campaign rally. He slammed the incident, saying that they will investigate about the incident.
Roxas is running with Camarines Sur representative Leni Robredo under the Liberal Party, chaired by incumbent president Benigno “Ninoy” Aquino III. This year’s national and local elections will be held on May 9.
i thanked for roxas of what he admit that he is the only one who delivered jobs to our countrymen. since you are a member of the cabinet it is one of your responsibility to provide the needs of the people and its basic services. for almost six years with the legacy of daang matuwid i never experience a change. in cebu if goverment officials who are not with daang matuwid must expect the worst. daang matuwid might be matuwid for the lp politicians but no entry for other parties. you should be fair to every filipino no matter what a person stands for, and to our president pinoy you should be fair and have delecadeza on endorsing a candidate.
