Marcos Jr. and Robredo are among the top candidates in the presidential elections.

Aside from them, also rooting for the presidency is Senator Manny Pacquiao, Manila Mayor Isko Moreno, Senator Pink Lacson, Leody de Guzman and to name few.

Previously, the camp of BBM announced that the latter will not attend the final presidential debate organized by the Commission on Elections (Comelec).

Bongbong Marcos is the only presidential candidate absent during the first two debates of Comelec.

This prompted Robredo to challenge her rival, BBM to a one-on-one debate.

In a statement, Robredo said that BBM is the only candidate who’s yet to face the Filipino people at a debate.

According to her, attending such a debate is important so that the public would evaluate the candidates and hear their plans and platforms as well as compare their vision for the country.

“Inaanyayahan ko si Ginoong Bongbong Marcos na makipagdebate, para mabigyan ang taumbayan ng pagkakataong makaharap siya at matanong tungkol sa mga kontrobersiyang pumapalibot sa kanya,” she said.

Robredo said that if Marcos Jr. agreed, she will face him “anytime, anywhere.”

However, the camp of BBM immediately rejected the call of Robredo to a one-on-one debate.

Meanwhile, a seaman named Lacruiser Relativo took to social media wherein he slammed Robredo for challenging Marcos Jr. to a debate.

Here’s the statement of Relativo:

This is not the first time Relativo criticized Robredo.
