Sen. Mirriam Defensor-Santiago’s running mate cited Commission on Audit report in 2015 stating that local government of Davao, under the mayoral term of Duterte had 11,000 non-existent employees or ghost employees, receiving 708 million a year.

“Dito natin makikita ‘yung hypocrisy ni Mayor Duterte, na ‘yung sinasabi niya contractualization must stop… Pero kita niyo dito, ilang years na, 13 years na ‘yung mga contractuals niya, pero hindi nag-e-exist,” the vice presidential candidate told Inquirer and other members of the press at Magdalo headquarters in Quezon City.

“Ito ‘yung nasa payroll binabayaran ng Davao City na napupunta sa bulsa ni Mayor Duterte na nakita natin sa kanyang mga bank accounts,” he added.

Trillanes, who filed plunder raps vs Duterte before the Office of the Ombudsman claimed that the alleged non-existent employees did not have job descriptions.

During the press conference, the former Navy officer and frontman of Magdalo urged the public not to vote for Duterte whom he tagged as “fraud” in the upcoming elections which is slated on Monday, May 9, 2016.

Trillanes castigated the PDP-Laban standard bearer over his alleged 211 million undeclared SALN in 2014 and his supposed multiple bank accounts which had a whopping P2.4 billion in transactions.

  1. The die is cast… Duterte will be President…A revolutionary government will be established backed by the military, congress will be abolished and a new constitutional convention will be convened paving the way to Federalism.Law and Order and a Code of National Discipline will be a priority,Basic services will be restored,Red Tape and Bureaucracy will be curtailed,Davao city will be the blue print of every city and provincial capital, infrastructure and the economy will be booming. We will be like South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, and might even surpass Malaysia and Thailand in economy and progress.
