Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque announced that President Rodrigo Duterte fired Department of Transportation (DOTr) Asec. Mark Tolentino.
Malacanang announces today the firing of Department of Transportation (DOTr) Assistant Secretary Mark Tolentino.
According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, during a press briefing on Monday, Tolentino was fired due to his dealings with the sister of President Rodrigo Duterte regarding a government project.
Roque also said that the President is warning the judges against the present partner of his former daughter-in-law who is using his connections to fix cases, based on a Twitter post of ABS-CBN News.

“Mga judges and justices, huwag niyo pong entertain-in ang itong fixer na ito. Hindi po talaga yan kamag-anak ng Presidente. Wala pong otoridad yan para gamitin ang pangalan ng Presidente,” Roque said.

Aside from Mark Tolentino, in addition to the growing list of cabinet members who resigned and were fired, the Presidential Spokesperson revealed that tomorrow there will be another official who will resign, based on a report.
On the other hand, it is not yet revealed who it is and from what agency of the government.
