President Rodrigo Duterte Desires ‘Hanging’ In Conflict With Law

It’s not a simple punishment that presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte desires to return but through ‘hanging’.

Duterte said to media man on Wednesday night in Davao City, that he wants to restore the d3ath penalty by using the method of ‘hanging’ specially if the person is using drugs or committed reprehensible case including thievery with r4pe.

“What I would do is urge Congress to restore the d3ath penalty by hanging, especially if you use drugs,” said presumptive President Duterte in a media briefing yesterday in Hotel Elena.

“If there is no fear in the law, wala yan. Yung hanging, once the spine is ripped off inside, wala na. Just like putting off a light,” he said.

He said, through ‘hanging’, this is a virtually painless compared to l3thal injection that was already executed.

To recall the second Philippines Debate 2016 in Cebu City, Duterte first showed his favoring in returning the d3ath penalty, particularly in drug cases.

According to the report of philstar, meanwhile, the next president also wants his security escorts to first start in Davao because he is more comfortable if his countryman gave him security.

Duterte also plans to sell the presidential yacht to be used at Veterans Memorial Hospital for its proceeds.

  1. Yes for the Rehabilitation of phil veterans hospital. NO MORE MALLS PLS… there must be a one place for Government offices in one city. Here in Caloocan city, when u transact business, u have to go from one place to another. CITY HALL, REGISTER OF DEEDS, BIR and my God the accredited bank is so far away. Napa gastos sa pamasahe. Take note, walang parking lalo na sa register of deeds…
