Former President Fidel V. Ramos cleared out his mission in going to Hong Kong.
RAMOS – Assigned as the special envoy to China by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte, former President Fidel V. Ramos started with his initial moves in the pursuit of the special mission.
After the territorial dispute between China and Philippines on the West Philippine Sea, an undeniable fact lies behind all those issues that the country’s relationship with the Chinese community is not the same as it was before.
Promising the people of a peaceful resolution with regards to the dispute and the management of the country’s resources, President Duterte wanted to initiate a move to polish the relationship with China.
The 71-year-old President assigned the former President Fidel V. Ramos to be the special envoy to China. Starting with his mission, FVR went to Hong Kong on Monday as reported in Inquirer.
