APRIL 1, 2025 – In a recent vision, psychic Rudy Baldwin issued an urgent warning to residents of Manila, particularly in the areas of Pandacan, Sampaloc, Paco, and Sta. Mesa, about the possibility of major fires breaking out in the coming days.
According to Baldwin, two large fires are expected to occur in Pandacan, which could become incredibly challenging to extinguish despite the efforts of numerous firefighters. These fires are said to be dangerously close to a Barangay Hall and a parking area, though Baldwin clarified that the fires would not originate from the parking lot itself but in its vicinity. One of the fires is also expected to occur near Zamora, a well-known area close to local eateries and a main road.
In Sampaloc, Baldwin foresaw two fires that have yet to occur, one of which will be near a market selling food and groceries. Another fire is predicted to happen near a vehicle or motorcycle repair shop. Meanwhile, in Paco, Baldwin warned that a fire would break out near a Jollibee branch, with another fire near the local public market.
As for Sta. Mesa, Baldwin foresaw three major fires, all of which would be situated near key landmarks. One of these fires will occur near a guitar shop, while another is expected to take place near a motel or hotel. The third fire is predicted to happen close to a Mang Inasal restaurant. Baldwin also expressed concerns about a series of potential criminal incidents occurring inside motels or hotels in the area.
In her message, Baldwin emphasized the importance of vigilance and preparedness for all residents, urging them to take extra precautions to prevent fires. She also expressed gratitude to God for allowing her to share these warnings, even though they came through her visions rather than personal communication.
