The official said on Tuesday (August 02, 2016) that they found the spot where Zika virus is being transmitted. It is in the north downtown of Miami. The 10 mile area including 1 sq. mile will be covered in the spraying campaign.

At the center of the investigation of the case virus, a pregnant woman is warned to avoid travel near Miami. This is an unprecedented travel warning by the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention last Monday.

The virus is epidemic growing fast and widely in Caribbean, America, and continents of U.S. It was detected in Brazil last year which has more than 1,700 cases in their country. It can also cause severe developmental problems for the babies.

Last Tuesday health official in Florida announced a total of 15 non-travel related cases of Zika. Reducing the population of adult mosquito can also decrease the growing cases of virus victims. This was recommended by CDC in Health Department of Florida to have an aerial spraying campaign against it.
