2. Cagayan Valley, Apayao, Kalinga, Aurora, and Quezon
- Condition: Cloudy skies with rains
- Cause: Northeast Monsoon
- Impact: Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains
3. The rest of Mindanao, the rest of Visayas, the rest of Bicol Region, and Palawan
- Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms
- Cause: Easterlies / Localized Thunderstorms
- Impact: Possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms
4. Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon
- Condition: Partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains
- Cause: Northeast Monsoon
- Impact: No significant impact
