Vanessa Bryant Greeted Her Late Daughter Gianna On Her 14th Birthday.
Vanessa Bryant on Saturday greeted her late daughter, Gianna, on Instagram as she turned 14 years old last Friday, May 1.
This, as Vanessa Bryant posted a photo of her late daughter on Instagram as she wrote a message to Gianna.
In her Instagram post, she said that she loves her daughter more than she can ever show to her, adding that she wished she could wake up and have her daughter with her.
In her separate post, Vanessa shared that her late daughter Gianna was used to wear “a red bow” in all of her school photos. Vanessa also said that the color red was a symbol of “love and life”.
She previously urged the public to wear red, caption an act of kindness, or “show how you will play Gigi’s way since she always gave everything she did her all and led with kindness“.
Vanessa also said that their foundation, the Mamba and Mambacita foundation, was in the process of producing a “Gigi Bryant ❤️ Mambacitta” bracelet in order to generate funds for the benefit of the foundation. She added that she will post an update when the said bracelet will be available for sale.
Gianna Bryant, born on May 1, 2006, was one of the victims in a helicopter crash at Calabasas in California last January along with Kobe Bryant and several others.
Previously, Vanessa celebrated her 19th wedding anniversary with her late husband, Kobe. She also shared a photo of an “anniversary flowers” from her late husband. Vanessa then thanked Kobe for giving her red roses. “So thoughtful of all of you,” she said.
