The alleged affair between Vice President Leni Robredo and Quezon City Representative Bolet Banal is being questioned by journalist.
Veteran journalist and political analyst Bobi Tiglao questions the real relationship between Vice President Leni Robredo and Quezon City Representative Bolet Banal.
On his official Facebook Page, Tiglao shared the text form of his e-mail to the Vice President asking her to deny or confirm the alleged affair she has with the lawmaker.
The journalist shared on social media after his friend asked him to share the content of his e-mail to Robredo because it is hard to read it in image format.
Tiglao’s FB Page post detailed what he wrote in his e-mail as an inquiry to the real score between Robredo and Banal.

In his personal letter to the Vice President of the Philippines, the political analyst said that as much as Robredo hates fake news, he also have the same thoughts about it and so he wants the information to come directly from the source.
As Tiglao has seen several social media posts alleging her affair with the Congressman, he wants the VP to answer if there is any truth about the allegations.
On the other hand, Tiglao hasn’t received any response from the camp of Robredo regarding his inquiry.

“One journalistic protocol, usually though when a reporter asks a subject in person, is that the absence of a comment is taken as a confirmation,” he said in his e-mail.
With this, the option of the journalist is to ask Banal and he even asked the VP if she could provide the e-mail address of the lawmaker.
“Rest assured, I am merely doing my job as a journalist, which is to provide our readers the most accurate information on their leaders. In governance, as they say, the “personal is political,” Tiglao stated.
