March 19, 2018, Monday – #WalangPasok was declared in selected areas around Metro Manila due to the nationwide transport strike.
This is to show that different transport groups do not agree the jeepney-modernization program of the present administration.

Here are the following schools which suspended their classes.
In Quezon City, the local government unit declared class suspension in all levels both in public and private schools.
Classes in all levels both in public and private schools are also suspended in the area of San Pablo City, Laguna.
De La Salle University also declared class suspension in all levels, including their office works. This will include campuses in Manila, Makati, Bonifacio Global City in Taguig and Laguna.
In Manila, St. Paul University also suspended all its classes.
All classes, including office work, in Far Eastern University in campuses in Manila and Makati are also suspended on March 19.
Transport groups will conduct demonstrations in Cubao along Aurora Boulevard in front of Cubao Elem. School in San Mateo, according to the article.
Aside from this, protesters will also gather at the Alabang Viaduct, Monumento Circle, Novaliches-Bayan, and Anda Circle in Manila.
President of the Pinagkaisang Samahan ng mga Tsuper at Operator Nationwide (Piston) George San Mateo, disclosed this information about the venues of rallies which will be conducted on Monday by jeepney drivers, operators, and workers.
