Forecast Weather Conditions
In Northern Mindanao, SOCCSKSARGEN, Caraga, Davao Region, Central Visayas, Biliran, Samar, Eastern Samar, and Southern Leyte, cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms are expected. Forecast Wind and Coastal Water Conditions
Various regions will experience different wind and coastal water conditions. Southern Luzon, Visayas, and the northern and eastern sections of Mindanao will have strong winds from the Northeast to the North, resulting in rough coastal waters (2.8 to 4.0 meters). Northern Luzon will experience moderate to strong winds with moderate to rough coastal waters (1.2 to 3.4 meters), while the rest of the country will have moderate to strong winds and similar coastal water conditions.
