Timothy Bradley reportedly said that he wanted to have that stunning punch that knocked out eight-division world boxing champion Manny “PacMan” Pacquiao made by the Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez last December 2012.
According to an article in Manila Bulletin by Nick Giongco, the team of Bradley hopes that he could do what the Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez has done.

Teddy Atlas, Tim’s coach even said that one punch done by the Mexican that caused Pacquiao to be KOed appears to be an inspiration for them going to the fight this April 9, 2016, Saturday (Sunday, PHL time).
The coach even declared that they can have information on how that punch should be done. “We’d be fools not to get that information and see how it was done,” Atlas said as quoted in the article.
So, in order to completely train for it, coach Atlas asked the press people and other media men to not film during their so-called “three-minute strategic planning”. All the media men agreed to it during the training of Tim Bradley at Palm Springs in California.
Timothy Bradley really believes that he could win every round if he would fight Pacquiao the way he used to be during his sparring sessions. This is according to an article in the L.A. Times.
“This time around is going to be different because I’m fundamentally a better fighter,” said Bradley as quoted in the article. “You can say what you want about the Rios fight, him being fat, overweight, whatever, but check out my mechanics, how tight my punches were, how precise they were. I was in tight … .”
However, as soon as Team Pacquiao’s head coach heard about Bradley’s hope and training just to knock out Manny Pacquiao, the legendary coach just laughed about it saying that Tim is “not Marquez”.
The two world-class boxing fighters are still working their way to their third match on April 9th.
Tim Bradley currently has a record of 33-1-1, 1 NC, 13 Kos while Manny Pacquiao has 57-6-2, 38 Kos.
