Albay Palarong Pambansa 2016 has already started since April 10, Monday (PHL time) wherein delegates from the different 18 regions will be competing in different sports. The host for the 59th time of the annual Filipino student-athlete event is the Albay province.
The sporting events will be held at the Bicol University Sports Complex from April 10 to 16.
The province is expecting about 14,000 student-athletes to compete in the different sporting events.
What makes this Palaro 2016 special is that it included children with special needs to join the games.
This becomes a great encouragement to the youth having special needs to join these kinds of activities.
Albay Palarong Pambansa 2016 will be giving a total of 1,095 for the winners. The participating regions include:

The National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA) became the overall champion in the 2015 Palarong Pambansa.
