PUBG Lite will officially release on October 10 across 52 European and Central Asian countries as Foundational battle royale game “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” is going back to PC.
The Android and iOS version of PUBG, the PUBG Lite, first launched as a free-to-play title with in-app purchasing options. October’s incarnation is to do the same, but on the PC this time.
While the original “PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds” requires intensive specs, the new edition of PUBG in intended to run on computers with lower specs.
The recommended system requirement that is advised for this version is that your computer must be able to have at least 2.4GHz Core i3 CPU that has Intel HD 4000 integrated graphics.
The minimum requirements for this version are the same as those for the franchise’s great competitor, Fortnite.
PUBG Corporation is encouraging players an early sign-ups with two in-game weapon skins given to those players that already secured their pre-register by October 8 through lite.pubg.com, with mystery in-game items offered should registrations must be greater than 50k, 150k and 300k milestones. This version will also introduce three kinds of Season Pass.
This version started in Thailand last January 2019 and has expanded into South East Asia, Latin America, and the Middle East months after its first launch.
