What is “Naruto Running” by the way?
The term was coined from a Japanese anime series “Naruto”. It defined (in the photo below) as “the act of running like Japanese Anime Character Naruto Uzumaki, in which a person runs very fast with their torso forward and arms back.”

The video clip (above) showed that Joe Bartels, a KTNV news reporter, was reporting live to cover the final preparations for “Alienstock” – the alien-themed festival to “host an out-of-this-world evening of top-secret entertainment” and is partnering with Collective Zoo and Bud Light.
