BEAUTIFUL RECRUITS SIGN-UP FOR MILITARY – In Thailand, every male resident, even trans, are mandated to enter a conscription lottery after they turn 21.
However, there are always those who volunteer themselves to join the military. This includes men, transgenders, and women. Furthermore, those decided to join on their own may choose which branch they want to be a part of.

Despite the coronavirus pandemic, these brave souls volunteered themselves and signed up for the military. Of course, this was in accordance to health protocols as many are seen with health safety equipment such as face shield and masks.
Those who volunteer themselves in the military need to serve for six months. However, those who participate in the annual lottery that’s being drawn in April are required to serve 2 years.
During the lottery, men over the age of 21 pull out a ticket from a plastic bucket. If the ticket turns out to be black, it meant you are exempt from military duty. Meanwhile, a red card meant you must serve for two years.
