Drivers of public utility vehicle especially jeepney has one of the most tiring jobs. It is because the entire day, they have to battle against the heat of the sun or the rain and the uneasy to deal traffic in the metropolis.
Aside from that, they are also having problems when there is an oil price hike because they are directly affected of it.
However, this did not hinder a jeepney driver to show kindness to a boy who was going to his school.
Based on the article recently published in kami.com.ph, the said story of a kind-hearted man was posted on the Facebook Page of Philippines Trending Social Media.
It was said that a netizen who was the witness of the happening elaborated the story on the social media.
According to the one who posted it, the boy only has five pesos to pay for his jeepney ride which is not enough basing on the normal fair rate.
On the other hand, when the elementary student said to the jeepney driver that he only has that amount, the latter told him to ride the vehicle.
The netizen said on the post that it was such a touching scene especially when the driver told the boy that he could keep his 5 pesos.
The kind man even said to the elementary student to study hard.
