Man Goes Viral After He Slaps A Disabled Person Begging On Sidewalk
MAN SLAPS DISABLED PERSON – A fit of rage and anger engulfed a man as he threatens and physically assaults a person with disabilities.
An altercation occurred in the streets of the Philippines involving a man and a disabled person. They got into an argument and the man started getting furious and threatened the poor PWD.
The beggar only had his wheelchair with his as he had no legs. Still, the large man decided to threaten and hurt the poor and defenseless beggar.
In the video, you could also here the PWD saying that he would file a complaint against the man in white.

According to the man in white, he was insulted by the PWD. He even threatened to kick the disabled person in the head by giving him a warning shot just inches from his face.
It wasn’t clear what started the issue between the two. However, it was clear that the disabled person had no match for the man in white.
Luckily, there was a security guard around to get in between the man and the beggar. The guard kept his composure as he tried to get the man in white to leave.
Instead of helping out the people who clearly had no chance to fight, Netizens say that some choose to bully the helpless.
