Amy Adams, meanest mom as she brands herself, posted that they were selling her daughter’s truck when she found out that she skipped her classes.
Amy Adams branded herself as “The World’s Meanest Mom” as she sells her daughter’s truck when the 15-year-old girl skipped her classes in school for a day as reported in KARE 11.
Amy said that she gave her daughter the last chance to make things right or her truck will be sold. That last chance was blown off when skipped her classes in school.
The 1998 Dodge Ram truck was posted on Craigslist as for sale. Amy is selling it for $2, 750 but it comes with special treats.
On the advertisement posted, it is said that if the buyer will be attending North Branch High School the following school year, a $300 discount will be given.
She justified the discount that she wanted her daughter to be reminded of what she has done so if the new owner will be in the same school every day, she is most likely to get reminded every day too.
According to Amy, there were already lots of people who saw her advertisement. Around 400 responses were garnered by the post.
Further, there were parents who congratulated her for being firm in disciplining her 15-year-old daughter.
The disciplinarian mom shared that to be a parent is not to be your child’s best friend – most specifically addressed to those would perceive that she’s going too firm enough.
The way of disciplining is indeed different from parent to another parent. There are those who do it the painful way while there are those who are so good with just words and can’t take to use rod on the butts of their kids.
