230 PMA Alumni – Over 230 Philippine Military Academy (PMA) alumni condemn Senator Antonio Trillanes’ untoward conduct shown at the Senate hearing on the alleged extrajudicial kil1ings last week wherein he clashed with fellow Senator Alan Peter Cayetano.
In a post on Facebook by a certain Abe Purungganan, of PMA Batch ’78 and Dan Jimenez of PMA Batch ’77 in the page called TheLongGrayLine, wrote a lengthy post expressing what his comrades felt and saw on Trillanes.
Trillanes was also a graduate of the PMA and served as an officer before becoming a senator.
In the post, the alumni wrote that they strongly condemn the behavior of the senator for being a “bully” and his conduct as a senator.
According to the open letter, it added that Trillanes’ conduct was opposite of the what is being taught in the prestigious military academy.
“More, we are aghast and purely discombobulated that as a graduate of the revered and prestigious Philippine Military Academy, you showed you are not an officer, neither are you a gentleman. What kind of manners do you have?”
“You are not just an embarrassment to your people, to your family, to your co-alumni, you are an embarrassment to yourself,” the post wrote.
