Some of the Pinoy netizens who rooted for Hillary Clinton in the US presidential race poke fun at Trump, Duterte, Putin, and Xi at the completion of the so-called “squad” that they would rather not see.
In a report of ABS-CBN news, “#Squadgoals,” Filipino netizens wrote with virtual tongue-in-digital-cheek, as they posted edited images of Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte with incoming US President Donald Trump, and fellow heads of state Vladimir Putin of Russia, and Xi Jinping of China.
The photos of the so-called squad caught the attention of the online community. Some of the netizens reacted on the viral photos of all strong leaders that are circulated on the social media.
However, some of the netizens said that the so-called “squad” might actually be a good thing, as they are all “strong” leaders, and their similarities might finally allow their countries to get along.
